How to reserve

A / RESERVATION REQUEST

Please go to the page «Reservation & payment», fill out the entire form «reservation request» (Option A) and then click on «send the request».

Upon receipt of your reservation request, after checking the availibilities for the wished rental period (the table of availability is only indicative and non contractual), Brittany Cottage will contact you to offer you a reservation option for a 10 days period for the desired accommodation.

When you approve, Brittany Cottage will send you 2 copies of the accommodation rental contract, of which 1 copie, dated and signed, should be returned to Brittany Cottage before the expiring of the before mentioned 10 days period, along with the down payment of 25% (or the total amount of your stay if the reservation request is sent less than 30 days prior to the arrival date).

  • Payment by bank cheque, post office cheque or certified cheque : enclose your cheque with the other documents mentioned above (rental contract + cheque).

    (Attention : payments by bank cheque are only allowed for residents of the Euro zone.)

  • Payment by bank transfer : if you choose this option, Brittany Cottage will send you (upon your request) its bank references (IBAN and SWIFT codes). Bank transfer cost, for any transfer from abroad and outside Euro zone, is to be paid by Brittany Cottage client

  • Payment by bank card, on the secured on-line payment site of « e-transactions »
    of the Crédit Agricole bank :


    In this case, go to the page «Reservation & payment», fill out the form «reservation request & payment by bankcard» (Option B), complete the amount to be paid in Euros (down payment of 25% of the total amount of your stay or the total amount of your stay at once), then click on «send the request». Follow the instructions given on the Credit Agricole bank server.

    Once the payment made, Brittany Cottage will confirm your reservation for the agreed period while reminding you the balance to be paid 30 days prior to your arrival.

    For payment by bankcard of the balance for your stay, fill out the form «Payment of the balance of your stay by bank card», form C (Option C). We remind you that if the 10 days reservation option period is not respected, the reservation will be null and void.

    You have 2 choices :

    1 / payment by bank card after a reservation request, during the 10 days reservation option period : see above mentioned, § A.

    2 / payment by bank card before any reservation request : this constitutes the so called on-line reservation with deferred payment (on-line) of 1 to 6 days, as mentioned here after :

    Fill out the form of «option B» («reservation request & payment by bankcard») as well as the amount of the deferred payment (in Euros) of a down payment of 25% of the total amount of your stay (or the total amount at once if the payment is made less than 30 days prior to your arrival date) then click on «send the request» ; follow the instructions given on the CREDIT AGRICOLE bank server.

    After checking of the availabilities for the wished rental period, Brittany Cottage disposes of a 1 to 6 days delay to validate your payment, and when and if this is the case, you will have a reservation option of 10 days. (When there are no availabilities, Brittany Cottage will not validate your payment, which will therefore not be debited from your account, but automatically cancelled by the CREDIT AGRICOLE bank on the 6th day).

    As soon as your payment has been validated, Brittany Cottage will send you 2 copies of the rental contract of which one copie, dated and signed, should be returned to Brittany Cottage before expiring of the 10 days delay.

    Brittany Cottage will then confirm your reservation for the agreed period.

    For payment by bankcard of the balance for your stay, fill out the form «C»payment of the balance of your stay by bankcard»). We remind you that if the 10 days reservation option period is not respected, the reservation will be null and void.
