First of all, many thanks to select your stay at le Domaine du Moustoir :
- at the page «Prices and availability», by clicking on the price corresponding to the (first) week of your choice, which will give access to the reservation request page ; then, follow the indications given at that page : «add another week to your selection»
or «complete a reservation request» or «complete a reservation request with payment by bankcard».
- or at the page «accommodations», by clicking on any accommodation of the menu, or by clicking on any links «more info, prices,availability and reservation» : then, click on the price corresponding to the (first) week of your choice, which will give access to the reservation request page ; then follow the indications given at that page : «add another week to your selection» (which will transfer you to the page «prices and availability» in order to click on another week) or «complete a reservation request« or «complete a reservation request with payment by bankcard«.
- or at the page «the Estate», by clicking on any blue areas of the map («click for more details«) which will transfer you on the desired accommodation page : then click on the price corresponding to the (first) week of your choice, which will give access to the reservation request page ; then follow the indications given at that page : «add another week to your selection« (which will transfer you to the page «prices and availability» in order to click on another week), or «complete a reservation request« or «complete a reservation request with payment by bankcard».

After that, you can choose between two different reservation requests forms :
- Option A : Reservation request
- Option B : Reservation request and payment by bankcard

A/ Reservation request
Fill out the entire form and then click on «send the request».
Upon receipt of your reservation request, after checking the availability for the wished period, Brittany Cottage will contact you to offer you a reservation option for a 10 days period for the desired accommodation.
When you approve,Brittany Cottage will send you 2 copies of the accommodation rental contract,of which 1 copy, dated and signed,should be returned to Brittany Cottage before the expiring of the before mentionned 10 days period, along with the down payment of 25% (or the total amount of your stay if the reservation request is sent less than 30 days prior to the arrival date).
- Payment by bank cheque,post office cheque or certified cheque : enclose your cheque with the other documents mentionned above (rental contract + cheque)
(Attention : payments by bank cheque are only allowed for residents of the Euro zone.)
- Payment by bank transfer : if you choose this option, Brittany Cottage will send you (upon your request) its bank references (IBAN and SWIFT codes). Bank transfer cost, for any transfer from abroad and outside Euro zone, is to be paid by Brittant Cottage client.
- Payment by bankcard, on the secured on-line payment site «E-Transactions» of the Credit Agricole bank
 
In this case,go to the page «Payment of your stay» (down screen menu) ,fill out the form «Payment of your stay by bankcard», complete the amount to be paid in Euros (down payment of 25% of the total amount of your stay or the total amount of your stay at once), then click on «send». Follow the instructions given on the Credit Agricole bank server (choice of the card, etc.).
Once the payment made, Brittany Cottage will confirm your reservation for the agreed period while reminding you the balance to be paid 30 days prior to your arrival.
For payment by bankcard of the balance of your stay, fill out the same form («payment of your stay by bankcard»), complete the amount to be paid in Euros (balance of your stay) and finally click on «send».
Brittany Cottage remind you that if the 10 days reservation option period is not respected, the reservation will be null and void.

B / Reservation request and payment by bankcard
Cartes acceptées    
You have 2 choices :
- Payment by bankcard after a reservation request, during the 10 days reservation option period : see above mentioned §A
- Payment by bankcard before any reservation request : this constitutes the so called on-line reservation with deferred payment (on-line) of 1 to 6 days, as mentionned here after :

Fill out the form of «Option B» («reservation request and payment by bankcard») as well as the amount of the deferred payment (in Euros) of a down payment of 25% of the total amount of your stay (or the total amount at once if the payment is made less than 30 days prior to your arrival date) ; then click on «send the request» and follow the instructions given on the Credit Agricole bank server.
After checking of the availability for the wished rental period, Brittany Cottage disposes of a 1 to 6 days delay to validate your payment, and when and if this is the case, you will have a reservation option of 10 days. When there are no availability, Brittany Cottage will not validate your payment, which will therefore not be debited from your account, but automatically cancelled by the Credit Agricole bank on the 6th day.
As soon as your payment has been validated, Brittany Cottage will send you 2 copies of the rental contract of which one copy, dated and signed, should be returned to Brittany Cottage before expiring of the 10 days delay, by post mail or by Email. Brittany Cottage will then confirm your reservation for the agreed period by Email.
For payment by bankcard of the balance for your stay, go the page «payment of your stay» (down screen menu), fill out the form «payment of your stay by bankcard», complete the amount to be paid in Euros, then click on «send».
