Dating back to the end of the 18th century, 5 self catering stone cottages (Moustoir 1 to Moustoir 5) of the estate are placed around an authentic courtyard with a covered well. On the offside from the courtyard each one of the cottages has a private and intimate garden. Each cottage has its own drive way, and parking on the garden side.

The sixth property (Moustoir 6 villa), more spacious and luxurious, is attached to the owner's house, and has also a private and calm garden, a private driveway on the garden side, a private entry on the terrace side, a private terrace, and a private parking.

Luxury mobile-homes (Moustoir 7 + Moustoir 8) : those 2 luxury mobile-homes are located behind the 5 self catering cottages, among a variety of red oaks, pine trees and maples. Each of them have a private and calm garden, a private driveway on the garden side, a private terrace, a private entry, and a private parking.
