How to make a reservation :
First, choose your accommodation ( Villa, Gites/cottages, mobile-homes), directly or through the menu at the top of the screen. Then, on the right side of this page, select the week (s) you are interested in. If you do not find the week (s) you are looking for, it means that they have already been booked. Note that you can check on each accommodation page its precise localization at le Domaine du Moustoir, on a map. This map becoming interactive at the bottom of the page « The Estate ».
Then click on the button « reservation request» at the bottom of this page.
You can now see on the screen a new page called « Your Reservation », with five different phases ,i.e. : Your Stay, Contact informations, Validation, Payment, Confirmation.
At this point, if you want to add one or several others weeks of another rentals, go to their respective pages, select the appropriate periods and then click again on the button « Reservation request» : your selection will automatically be registered in your basket.
Phase One : Your Stay : complete the numbers of adults and children. If you have a baby, specify whether or not you want a baby cot rental. If you have a pet, check « yes ». Then click on « Proceed to Phase 2 ».
Phase Two : Your Contact informations : Fill out all the required fields. Then click on « Continue to Phase 3 « .
Phase Three : Validation : You will have to confirm that you have read two major points of the booking : the description of your accommodation and our general reservation and rental conditions. Then click on « Payment » to go on Phase 4.
Phase Four : Payment : if your reservation request is made more than 30 days before arrival you must pay a 25% downpayment of the total amount of the stay, balance due 30 days before arrival. ( see article 3 of our general rservation and rental conditions)
If your reservation request is made less than 30 days before arrival you must pay the total amount of the stay ( see article 3 of our general reservation and rental conditions)
Two possibilities for the payment :
Immediate Payment by bankcard : it is the classical online booking : by choosing the bankcard payment, and clicking on the « Submit payment », you have access to a secure payment area monitored by the Credit Agricole bank, where you can choose your credit card,then enter your secret code and proceed to the validation of the payment.
Once the payment made, the reservation becomes definitive.
Brittany Cottage will then send you immediatly an Email summarizing your payment, with the selected accommodations, the period of the stay, and will also remind you, if you have only paid the 25% downpayment, when you will have to pay the balance of your stay.
Request by Email : At the moment we receive your request, we will send you the rental contract by Email. You will have to return it, dated and signed, by Email or by post mail, and to proceed to the payment by bankcard, as specified upper, within a maximum of 10 days.
Phase Five : Confirmation : Brittany Cottage will confirm your reservation by Email after your payment.
