Arrivals and departures from Saturday ( after 4 p.m.) to Saturday ( before 10 a.m.)
Pets are allowed, except for Moustoir 6, Moustoir 7, Moustoir 8.
The obligatory deposit is 300 €.
The rental price includes :
- bed sheets, one pair/bed upon arrival , independant of the duration of your stay.
- Free access to the swimming pool (from end of May to end of September) from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
- Satellite TV ( All the french channels+TV5+BBC world+Eurosport+CNN+CBeebies/BBC Four.
The rental price does not include :
- Electrics and electric heating costs, which are to be paid to the owner (0,23 €/kWh) based on the difference meter reading between arrival and departure time.
- For Moustoir 6, the central heating fee (if used) : 30 €/day.
- For Moustoir 7 & Moustoir 8, the gas consummation fee : 22 €/week.
- Cot rental : 18 €/week
- Obligatory departure cleaning fee : 56 €.
- Special supplementary departure cleaning fee for pets : 46 €. |
