Booking conditions ( see article 3 of the general reservation and rental conditions) :
- Reservation request made more than 30 days before arrival : payment of the 25% downpayment of the total amount of the stay.
- Reservation request made less than 30 days before arrival : payment of the total amount of the stay.
Arrivals and departures from Saturday ( after 5 p.m.) to Saturday ( before 10 a.m.)
Pets are allowed ( supplementary fee=46 Euros), except for Villa, Mobile-home 1, Mobile-home 2.
The obligatory deposit is 300 €.
The rental price includes :
- bed sheets, one pair/bed upon arrival , independant of the duration of your stay.
- Free access to the swimming pool (from end of May to end of September) from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
The rental price does not include :
- Electrics and electric heating costs, which are to be paid to the owner (0,23 €/kWh) based on the difference meter reading between arrival and departure time.
- For the Villa, the central heating fee (if used) :5 Euros/day
- For Mobile-home 1 & Mobile-home 2, the gas consummation fee : 22 €/week.
- Cot rental : 18 Euros/week
- Obligatory departure cleaning fee : 56 €.
- possibility of cleaning during the stay : 30 Euros per cleaning |
