Arrivals and departures from Saturday ( after 5 p.m.) to Saturday ( before 10 a.m.).
Pets are allowed ( supplementary fee=20 Euros par stay), except for the Villa, Mobile-home 1 and Mobile-home 2 where pets are not admitted.
The obligatory deposit is 300 Euros ( see article 11 of our General reservation and rental conditions).
The rental price includes:
- Beds sheets, one pair/bed upon arrival,per stay.
- The departure cleaning.
- Free access to the heated swimming pool ( from the end of May to the end of September), from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. ( week) and from 12 a.m. to 8 p.m. ( sunday).
The rental price does not include :
- Electrics and electric heating costs, which are to be paid to the owner( 0,23 Euros/KWh), based on the difference meter reading between arrival and departure time
- For the Villa, the central heating fee ( if used) : 7 Euros/day
- For Mobile-home 1 and Mobile-home 2, the gas consummation fee : 17 Euros/week
- Baby cot rental ( if needed): 18 Euros per stay
- Possibility of cleaning during the stay : 30 Euros per cleaning
